Issue:

After successfully enrolling an Android phone into the Codeproof MDM/UEM platform using the QR code method, you may encounter an error message that prompts you to erase the device. We are currently collaborating with the Google Android Enterprise team to resolve this issue.

Error Message:

"Since this is a financed device, we need to take steps to guarantee that you meet the financial requirements for the use of this device. For that, we need to erase all data and install device management software."
