Android Oreo global proxy requirements

Android Oreo devices MUST connect to following network endpoints. For global proxy filtering to work properly, you must bypass following url/hosts in the proxy configurations. We have also learnt that www.google.com host access is required in Android Oreo for Google Playstore and Google Maps to work properly.
